"When it comes to dim sum, I'm a total basket case.It was Easter Sunday when we found ourselves wanting dim sum. The place we always go to for dim sum had an insane waitlist and standing in the sun didn't sound fun to me. A quick Yelp search later had us standing at Hong Kong Garden. And while there wasn't a line when we arrived, there was definitely a line by the time we left.I held my hopes at a healthy level and for the most part, I'm not disappointed. They do not have the steam carts here but you can order off an order form. It is rather nice not having to battle the aunties and uncles, grandmas and grandpas, for a basket of spare ribs and such. You will get everything you want! But the bad apart about not having steam carts is that you can't see how the items look. Some of their items are lacking in color. Eeks!All in all, it was a decent dim sum experience. The staff here are speedy and curt with service and that's all you can ask for. Flavor wise, there's definitely plenty of better places for your Cantonese dim sum needs in Las Vegas."
