"My mom and I stopped here after shopping one night for dinner for some yummy queso dip and Philly cheese steaks. The dip was delicious as always but the cheese steaks came out burnt. We sent them back and a few minutes later the manager came to our table and told us that's the way they sandwiches came. Burnt. We were rolled. We thought it was a joke but they were all dead serious. So if you’re ever in Oak leaf, pass on Chili's unless you want to be told your food is supposed to be burnt to a crisp."

"I really like the fresh pairing deal they have going on right now. I ordered the half order of Texas Cheese Fries as my appetizer and the Crispy Chicken Tacos for the entree. It's a pretty good deal for the price and a lot of food. The service was good and we didn't have to wait for a table. I do wish they would have a combo soon that included a drink. Maybe something like the fresh pairing. I hope they keep it around for awhile."

"This was probably one of the worst dining experiences we've had in a long time. Our waitress seemed uninterested and usually started walking away before we were done talking to her. Our queso dip came out literally 30 seconds before our food. Plus the food took about 40 minutes to come out when the restaurant was dead. We pretty much asked for boxes and the check when our food came out because we had to pick up family at the airport. It was bad. We never got refills. We had to ask for drinks to go and we had to flag her down just to take the check and pay the bill. It was really ridiculous!"
