"We stopped by Chinatown in search of some hand pulled noodles. I can't seem to find the one restaurant in mind in the new mall, so we ventured to the old side of Chinatown. First, Wow! The Argyle strip is changing as more newer store and fun to walked around.We walked by Xi'an Cuisine as we were heading to Argyle street. Yelp reviews were good so we decided to give it a try. We walked in and they were half crowded at 2pm so we managed to get a seat quickly. Our server recommended the Biang Biang noodles and lamb skewers along with other items. We went with the first two recommendations and we were very happy. The noodles were good, that is not so chewy and just perfect texture. The lamb in the noodles were flavorful and tender. Th e lamb skewers were good too.I didn't get to take a pic of the beautiful bowl when served but quickly took a pic when I stirred it all up to eat. While we ate at the restaurant, they were busy with take outs and walk in too, so we know it's a local delight.We will be back to get these dishes again along with the others she recommended."
