"They take forever to make it. I ordered online (which takes 30 mins to make) and it took an extra 20 mins to get it, because they claimed it didn’t go through, than claimed someone took my order! I would have told them forget it, but already paid online. I only get an hr lunch and they make me late every time."

"I want to share the information with your GM. Please send me your contact details. That was the WORST SANDWICH I got from this restaurant! I should have known there was a problem if I had seen the reception, and it had sauce on the entrance. When I opened the sandwich, it looked like the sandwich was sitting for a while because the cheese was dried up and glued to the paper. The meatballs and the sauce looked as if they had been left by yesterday, because the meatballs looked like they were overdonated and were sitting in the sauce. And trust me that I know how excessive meatballs look. It was HORRIBLE! I will never return to this place again! I have often visited it and even an app on my phone. I don't know what the problem is or was, but the management NEEDS to treat it!"

"Someday I got the worst service. Blake the manager is shy and is too shy to even talk to customers. I placed an online order at 6:07pm and received a 6:25pm? Ready? I came at 6:35 and they still said it was 6/7 min. I'm going back to my car to wait. I'm coming in 10 minutes later and they gave it to the wrong person. How incompetent are you? They said they would destroy it and I did not receive my food until 7:10!! I'll get NIE back to this place. Edit: Not only does the manager have a terrible attitude, but I was never apologised, my remake? wasn't in the line, nor was my order complete or correct."

"My husband surprised me with one of my absolute favorite places and sub for lunch today after work because I work in fast food and I work hard to please all of my guests. The smoked brisket cheddar is my favorite and when I say my first bite was rancid is an understatement as soon as I bit down the smell of the meat hit my nose and tongue at the same time I immediately spit the food out and had to rinse my mouth out with mouth wash and then brush my teeth just to get the smell of the rotten meat off my taste buds! There is definitely a problem with the employees on food quality. When I called this location to try and explain it to them I was greeted to a simple hello as if I’d called a friend not a food establishment but I was polite and said hello my husband picked up some subs today and my sub was pretty gross. Whom ever was on the phone said well maybe you should have just made yourself a sandwich at home then bi* and hung up! I couldn’t believe what just happened so I waited a few hours and tried to call again 4 times to no answer"
