"I'm updating my review since my previous review is from 9 years ago, lol. And I'm happy to add an additional star. I had lunch with a colleague/friend at Savoy recently and we both enjoyed it. I didn't even realize that I ended up ordering the exact same thing as I did on my last visit 9 years ago, until I went back and re-read my previous review, haha. I guess my preferences have not changed over the years. I got the Smoked Salmon Benedict again. The price is now $21 up from $15, 9 years ago). The amount of smoked salmon this time was more plentiful, and the smashed baby potatoes were delicious, among the best I've ever had. The outside was crispy, almost crunchy and the inside was soft and creamy. So much better than their previous home fries. I also got a tiny salad this time, which was good, although consisted of exclusively mixed greens. The accompanying fruit was a slice of pineapple, watermelon and cantaloupe. They don't give you an individual container of ketchup anymore, it's a communal bottle. I got the eggs medium poached and they were perfectly medium poached. The hollandaise sauce was tasty and not excessive in quantity. The English muffin was nicely toasted. I quite enjoyed my meal. My colleague had the Savoy Omelette $20) which came with the same salad, smashed potatoes, and fruit as my dish. She thought it was good. We ate on the patio. They have a patio on the side of the restaurant and a patio in front of the restaurant. Service was good. We spent a lot of time catching up and our server was not intrusive at all. I love that they serve brunch 7 days a week until 4pm. I did notice that on the printed menu and online menu my Smoked Salmon Benedict was listed as $19 but then I was charged $21 for it they did provide an itemized receipt). This seems to be happening everywhere, and I am admittedly unimpressed with this trend. If you take your receipt, you can bring it back on a return visit for 15% off your next entree. Street parking only."
