"Worst take out experience every. When i called to place a large order with several hours notice the first person i talked to was extremely rude and acted as if they couldn't be bothered. When i told them i did not want to place the order online because we had some very specific allergies and such, he hung the phone up one me. When i called back a young lady took our order and was extremely nice and attentive. She even took names for the order to label each persons food. When the food arrived we were missing side quesos and salsa that we asked for. I had a burrito it was supposed to have chicken in it there was none, the grilled vegetables were still raw, it was basically just rice with a little corn, raw vegies and sour cream. i am extremely disappointed."

"Food was cold, the tacos are not traditionally and properly made. They were dry and had no flavor. We ordered 30 for $30. They came out in 5 minutes. The meat was cold and pretty sure it was made days prior and just reheated. All three got sick and still are sick. Have stomachaches. They should get inspected, never going there again unless it to sue them. People don't eat from here please. My mother is still sick and honestly should be closed down. I threw it all up after eating. My mother did not throw up, so she feels worse than i do. Ill keep you guys updated."

"My husband and I were looking for a good taco place near by. I hate leaving bad reviews. We came around 6 pm and it wasn't busy. We were so hungry and looking forward to some good food. We ordered tacos and a salad, can't have gluten. We assumed that we would have a nice good salad and tacos. Both of our lettuce was wilted and the guacamole was brownish, didn't even eat it and tomatoes were soggy. For spending over $15 per plate they didn't have an answer to why the food wasn't fresh, I know they just work there and it's not their fault. I don't know how often they switch the food but I've been to plenty of chipotle style restaurants and their food is fresh. The place was clean and the staff was courteous though. They did end up making us some fresh guacamole and brand new chicken, even the employee agreed the food didn't look fresh and he did apologize. "I love me some Chipotle, but I have to hand it to Anna's Taqueria, especially this location, for being the very best Mexican place with multiple locations in the area. The burritos, tacos, and quesadillas always taste super fresh and flavorful, especially the juicy steak, with good portions as well. I believe they use pretty organic ingredients all around. It's a good place to eat at or get take out, as you just pick out what you want and pay there at the counter. Highly recommended!"
