"This particular location never has anything cooked and horrible service. Yesterday I went and asked for chicken teriyaki and they were about to give me raw chicken. When I told the lady that the chicken was raw she didn't even say I'm sorry she just went to the back and cooked a s'more. She had a horrible attitude. I would never go back to this location again. people be warned and stay away"

"The line was very long and the employee who spoke to me and took my order was to complain during my order. When I finally got to the ride to place my order, it took about 4 minutes to say for someone, hey not even a greeting or something very unprofessional. I finally got my order and it was completely wrong. The ash browns were cold and my ice cream coffee was sweet and they added sugar when I didn't order it safely. I ordered Decaf and regular. You need to get a new manager in this store. Service is terrible waiting time today was 45 minutes and I had only 4 cars in front of me. Terrible place is better to go to Pinecrest bakery, then this facility."

"Had a great experience. Good coffee. Saw a lady yelling at what I’m assuming it was the manager she had great de-escalation techniques feel bad that she got yelled at also the cashier was super nice and food and drinks came out in under 4 minutes. Love this Dunkin’ go to for my ice coffee daily!"

"I’ve been meaning to write this review for awhile and I had a very set mind about this subway until today. My boyfriend and I have been coming to this subways for YEARS now and we were always attended by the old manager Beatriz. A few months back I was alerted that Beatriz has taken on a new role in the company and the new managers name is Berthania. At first it was glares, my boyfriend likes a lot of spicy and everytime we would ask for extra she would just give us a look to the point where we started feeling uncomfortable whenever we would order with her. The last straw was a day where I asked for extra mozzarella because she would cut a single slice in 4 pieces and charge me 2 dollars. She told me I would have to pay extra. My normal 27 dollar order suddenly became 34. I asked why she responded with “store policy” which I didn’t mind but I had ordered the same many times and never paid that amount. After this whenever she would be on shift I would turn around and eat somewhere else. That all changed today. I had the pleasure of meeting Ariel and Anna. They completely changed my mind about this subway. I have received the BEST SERVICE I have ever gotten at that subway ever. I will come back JUST FOR THEM they made me and my boyfriend feel so comfortable with our experience and for once my boyfriend didn’t feel ashamed for his selecting of sandwich. Subway if there is anything you can take from this review, is to hire more employees like Ariel and Anna who care for their customers. Ariel has apperently been working for many years and came back after awhile. His service and knowledge shows this. If this manager continues her wrath of rudeness and stinginess she will run this subway to the ground. the worst part is that I complained about the manager at the store and the customer behind me agreed and started telling her story) how sad."
