"Really wanted to love this cafe, loved the coffee and the cups they served it in, such ashame their are no smiling faces from the staff, no one made you feel welcome, went for coffee and cake but sadly waited 30 mins for cake so...coffee was long gone. I get when you are busy it takes time, but to cut a piece of cake has no cooking time, this place could be amazing, customer service is so important, .......Also we sat down with dirty plates in front of us, someone finally came to clear, but no wipe down of bench, nothing, in Covid times this should be a must. Would suggest some staff training needed in good customer service, as this is letting you down, will say there was one young girl who did have a smile when asked about our cake."
