"I was asked if there were any allergies in the group. I said yes I have a nut allergy. Was then served an afternoon tea with pistachios!! Yet the waitress tried to make out like I hadn't said this! I did get a nut free one made up in the end. We asked for soya milk and were given cows milk. Nobody checked to see if everything was ok within the group whilst we ate. All very disappointing and not worth £30pp! Shame really..."

"Service was so slow. Ordered the sourdough bread to start, got 3 dinner bread rolls. Then waited a further 45 minutes for the steak frites which was actually quite nice, just a shame it took so long for condiments! Then proceeded to order desert, then waited a further 15 minutes to be told they didn’t have any of the desert. Also frustrating when a VIP (someone who clearly works for the company! comes in and they then get all the attention of staff and paying customers get forgotten about!"
