"Decided to do a staycation with my boys at the last minute. Had several choices but decided to give this place a shot. My kids 5&9 enjoyed the 3 pools and 3 water slides. They had a great time at the pool. The hotel has lots of activities for the kids. I loved that they had Mr. B a balloon artist who was amazing by the way and a face painter who was equally awesome. They both were awesome with the kids. The valet and they front desk were great. The staff at the poolside bar seemed overworked and the first day we were there it took about an hour to get a server outside. I had to go into the bar to order. I will say I had a few different servers but by far the best was Chrissy. She was super attentive and had a great personality. The manager was great too as he would walk around and check on everyone. The other restaurant was mediocre in regards to food. The gal at the reception was also super overwhelmed and was not welcoming until her coworker came and the coworker acknowledged us. For the price of the food I would go with elsewhere. The good at the poolside bar was better. The rooms were so so. You could tell the carpet hasn’t been cleaned well in awhile. Overall it’s a decent hotel."
