"Three of us went to our neighborhood Montana's for a weekday supper. Unfortunately our salad had a large quantity of brown lettuce which we refused to eat, of course. We brought this to the attention of the server who apologized and quickly replaced it with a new salad. Sadly, the replacement also had some brown, although not as bad as the first. We shared this information with the server also. The rest of the meal was ok but we did wonder about the quality of food coming from the kitchen, when the bill came, one of the meals was compted which was appreciated."

"Hubby and I took my Mom for lunch on the of Feb. All of the staff, from the Host who greeted and sat us to our server, to the Manager, were amazing! We placed our orders and our server was attentive and extremely pleasant!...I have a garlic allergy, so after advising, our server made sure my order was as free of garlic as is possible in a busy restaurant. (No gravy for my southern fried chicken, no mashed taters, fresh grilled veg I even got an extra piece of their amazing corn bread, which my Mom and Hubby ate... LOL In the big scheme of things, what happened to my lunch was not life or death. It was not disgusting, I mean no hair, no finger nails in my food. Had that happen at a local burger joint once.... shudder... No, what happened was very small scale, barely an inconvenience. We mentioned it to our server, and showed her what it was. She went to show the manager, who came over to check on us. Now let me assure you that none of us every asked for a discount. We already had a discount card that we were planning to use so who cares? However, the Manager did not blink, he gave us a generous discount, even after all three of us said no. Seriously, my Mother and I have both worked in food service, both front of house and back of house. We totally get that accidents happen and that no one is perfect. My Mother is an yro Italian widow. If she had been upset about the incident, I can garuntee that everyone in the restaurant would have known about it. Will we return to this location? Of course we will! The staff and the food are unbeatable!!"
