"Horrendous experience on New Year’s Eve. Having been previous and we were not impressed as food order was incorrect we thought we would try again and see if there was any improvement on the service. This time we book for 2.45 to have an early meal before celebrating that evening and we were horrified with what happened. Our greeting on arrival was ok, nice gentleman greeted us and saw us to our table. Drinks ordered and arrived promptly. We ordered our food and this is when it started to go downhill. Our starters of tapas arrived and my Father hadn’t even finished his before the waitress came to start clearing the table! Once my Father had finished the mains arrived straight away (we had only been sat at the table about 30mins at this point). While we were trying to enjoy our food the waiting staff started to clear all the furniture out of the room we were sitting in nothing said to us in advance that this would happen. No one came to us to ask if it was ok or explain why this was happening. Out of a room with 6 tables we were left with just us and no furniture, all of this going on around us while we were trying to eat. We did mention this when the staff came to clear our plates but only and apology was offered. It was such an unpleasant experience being left in an empty room. We know they had to get ready for the evening ahead but they could have waited until we had finished our meal. In the end and after complaining to several members of staff one who appeared to be the manager, he did not introduce himself and being over charged for our meal, we still had no offer of any compensation at all. We will not be returning to this establishment and will definitely not be recommending to friends or family."

"This is the second time I have been for afternoon. The first time was a treat for my parents and it was a lovely experience with excellent service. The second time I decided to treat my Daughter who was on Holiday and staying with me. The service was very slow and it was minutes before we got our food. The Waitress wasn’t very friendly and I had to ask several times for different things. There seemed to be staff congregating around the bar talking but not attending customers."
