"The lady at front desk needs to know how to smile or at least eye contact goes a long way. SS officer comes to mind. Cheapest sausages ever, mushroom can’t have been pealed just semi deep fried, food was acceptable temperature, price was not too bad for a m1 service station. Would have preferred McDonald’s and would have been cheaper. Service: Dine in"

"My first time visiting here for afternoon tea and I was so impressed with the service and food here! There was a lovely selection of drinks and sweet and savoury goodies, and all tasted delicious. Thanks to the amazing staff for also adding a surprise for my birthday and bringing out a cake and candle, was such a lovely gesture. Definitely recommend this place and I can’t wait to visit again! x"

"Stopped for a swift refresher on a dog walk. £14.50 for a pint and warm white wine. Were told the fridges were doing their best. Not even a particularly hot Monday evening. No offer of a refund or alternative. Next time will keep walking to Althorp Coaching Inn."

"They didn't tell us they let the table go but they gave us the menu whilst we were sat in the bar, brought wrong food , burger was burnt and solid,fish batter not cooked properly and this was SUPOSED to be a brides to be pre wedding meal."

"Was Wyevale and now Dobbies Garden Centre. Has its own restaurant/cafe and alongside a Costa cafe. Coffees and cakes available at both. Restaurant also serves breakfasts, lunches and snacks. Seeing the comments about disappointing food, I would say the following: 1. Arrive early for a main meal as food is prepared in advance and then again as demand increases, and, unless there is a regular demand, some food may be left to dry out under the hot lights 2. Order dishes that have to be prepared or served fresh like fish and chips or baked potatoes. There are always cakes and teas/coffees available all day. There is an indoor soft play for kids (there's a charge) and you can sit outside when the weather is decent. This place supplies plain food at a competitive price we have eaten there many times and have been happy at the quality and quantity supplied. It is popular with older customers and groups from businesses and clubs which gives a pointer towards their customer target base. If you are shopping for garden items, its perfect for a coffee and cake."
