"Hi, we have eaten in this restaurant many times and always had lovely food and service. However tonight both the food and service were very disappointing. My partner had a starter (duck pot) which was bland and overpriced. I had ordered fillet steak and after an hour from ordering we got our main meals. I had asked for medium steak but as it was rare. I was so hungry I didn't send it back. I only managed to eat half of it. There was no check back and when the waitress collected our plates and I gave feedback it was met with an indifference response. I was disappointed with the food and service. The cost of the meals are not cheap but worth paying if you are satisfied. Given the length of time for the meal to be served it' could have easily be helped with an offer of a bread roll while waiting."

"Although we arrived at the expensive end, the tee was all we would have wished for in terms of food, ambiente and service. there is no crocheted sandwiches and the champagne was just as it should be. the service was fast and responsive."
