"Good menu selection of ramen style noodles bowls and non-noodle decisions. Only me and 5 more people in the restaurant, but almost no parking at a Thursday night. I can see that parking is a problem when busy. The waitress was new, like the first day. There wasn't much on the training page, and I'm sure I missed something I should have tried. I had the three-fold pig-noodle dish. The pig bell was good, but should have been crispy to counteract the broth. More spices would have been welcome with the pig bell and smoked pork. Overall a bit bland, but good texture and taste. The roasted tomatoes were a nice touch, but a little out of place."
