"Food is usually ok, but the service is getting pretty bad. only one person ahead of me when ordering, but 8 people ahead of me waiting on food. paid my $15 for a half sandwich and after 15 minutes of waiting i left no sandwich. there were still 6 people ahead of me waiting on their food and another 6 had since come in and ordered. so near 15 people waiting on their food with another two in line. didn't have time to wait 25 minutes to get a cold sandwich. great place if you have an hour to kill for lunch."
