"Just ordered 4 pieces of French toast, 2 sides of potatoes, 2 coffees. In the order I asked for milk, sugar, cream for our coffees on the side…. WAS MISSING SUGAR AND MILK …Asked for syrup for our French toast WAS MISSING SYRUP.We are here in an Air BNB and now left without breakfast UNABLE TO EAT FRENCH TOAST OR HAVE OUR COFFEE because we are missing everything to go with it… ALSO ASKED FOR UTENSILS AND THERE WAS NONE AS WELLThis was a waste of time and money (waited a whole hour just to throw it out)"

"We ate at this restaurant on several occasions before and enjoyed the food and the service. However, today September 18th around 1 pm we had a worse experience ever. I have ordered the omelet. It came with eggs looking dry like plastic. I tried it but it was impossible to eat. After I addressed this issue with the server, she was very understanding and promptly took it back for replacement. When the second time omelet came, the eggs looked much better but the cheese inside was raw, cold and not melted. I had enough at that point and wanted to speak to the cook. Instead of an apology I got yelled at by the person named Jamel who insisted that this was perfectly fine omelet first time, just like they make it. He told me that cold not melted cheese is the result of a eggs not looking dry. I said that if they can't make proper omelet my order could be changed to simple eggs. I got the omelet out 3rd time, never mind that we can hear him going on about me in the kitchen. At this point I lost my appetite and was stressed. I must admit that our server was very nice and apologetic for something what was not her fault. I know how hard the work in the kitchen is. I did this job for a long time. It pains me to see that someone does not take pride in their work."

"Waiting is endless, the dishes are not fresh. We left on a Sunday and had to wait about 1 hour to have a place and there we had to wait for our dishes again, it was slow and not at all fresh. I don't recommend it."

"Really nice, clean chill spot. The staff are very friendly and they make great lunch food. The food feels high quality and healthy, a welcome change from unhealthy lunch grub you'd grab at work. The tacos are great. No it's not El Camino, but a lighter and more lunch like option."

"The food is amazing, as was the service. My friend and I dined in, but it appears that the restaurant is mostly take out. I'd suggest that the dine-in area be upgraded a bit and perhaps add wine and beer to the menu."

"Sat down at approximately 10:05AM, waited 15 minutes for coffee, Orange juice and Hot Chocolate. Waited another 40 minutes for orders to be taken, I was seriously considering leaving table at this point, even my two girls who have more patience than I thought it was ridiculous. When food arrived, it was cold..sorry only the potatoes were slightly warm. Overall, the experience was not great. I'll go to Cafe Cognac next time is all.Cheers"
