"I have given this 'vegetarian friendly ' place too many chances. At first I was hoping to be impressed, the last time I visited I just wanted to eat something warm. The vegetarian options are limited and they act like vegan requests are unheard of. Service is poor, if even that. I was given one cup of coffee and my food was cold when served, but our server was at the counter fooling around with other servers. After 25 minutes I was asked if I wanted the check, NO COFFEE, NO ANYTHING ELSE... when I finally sent my food back it was put in the microwave. When ever I eat here I think I can make this at home and make it better... I also say this is the last time I come here and I am making sure I stick to that. There is better places in Lexington."

"If you're vegan BEWARE! I had the waiter repeat my vegan order back to me. I received my milkshake and took several sips and it tasted funny. I initially thought they replaced the recipe. I just knew it couldnt be dairy because I had him repeat my order so there would be no mistakes! I finally called and asked what type of milkshake they gave me and sure enough it was dairy! It's gonna me a long an very sick night at this point. Persons with dairy allergies please beware."

"I have recently tried to give this location another chance. This was my mistake. I prefer to call in our orders since their online ordering options don't have what we order. They never answer the phone anymore. I went today and literally called while walking in and right up to the register. I asked the girl if she heard the phone ringing and she said yeah, but they were like really busy. I walked right up with no line to the register. There were 3 people working and the place had 2 people in it. The previous two visits ended with us leaving with the wrong smoothies. Once it was a chocolate/banana, they bagged and it was white-ish when we opened it up. They totally forgot the chocolate. Seriously people?! I own a small business myself and would be very upset if my phones were not being answered after multiple complaints. If you read the reviews online, you can see this is an ongoing issue. Back to making smoothies at home for us!"

"By far the worst place to get a smoothie in Lexington. When I was there, I stood in the register for about a minute before all the staff came from behind to greet me or take my order. When they came, they were rude and pretended to have made them uncomfortable. One wore no nameplate and another was the assistant. Both were very rude, but sometimes people have bad days, so I ordered something anyway. The smoothie I got was tasteless and had another piece of fruit (can the blenders be replaced? and the grilled cheese sandwich I got was anything but?ultimate?. I tasted more hummus than anything else. Overall, this place is not worth the cost you pay (which is much. I was horrified of the service I received from the staff. Maybe because her manager thought about things all the time or they think it's a bio juice place, excuses the uppity behavior. Not here!!!!"
