"I passed this food truck by accident and saw a sign reading 100% Vegan on their delivery van. So, just to be safe as because of my religious beliefs I have taken an oath and promise to reject financing businesses that participate in animal abuse: http www.liberationpledge.com/ I asked the owner before making a purchase Is everything vegan to which he answered, Yes So, I ordered the Lentil soup and baklava, which were outstanding, absolutely delicious and vowed to return. On my second visit, I ordered the sampler plate which came with salad and beautiful pink turnip mouneh and fresh crispy Egyptian style falafels with green faba inside. Again, amazing tastes. On my third visit, I spent nearly my entire monthly restaurant budget on falafel wraps, vegan shakshouka and baklavas for myself and friends. It was a heartwarming thrill to support a 100% Vegan business. On my fourth visit, after paying for six more baklava I noticed something on the counter after the owner poured from it, an opaque white liquid into a coffee cup. It was a jug of Dairy Milk. Was I hallucinating? I checked the label, Dairy Milk and took a photo. It's really lame feeling lied to when the result is a violation of my religious beliefs and my oath to respect and defend all human and non-human life whenever it is presented as a choice, regardless of convenience or profit. Please change the math in your advertisement to be more factual or remove the vegan label, or much more simply, stop selling dairy milk for coffee. Looking forward to the announcement that Koshari Korner has become a vegan business! I have great hope and faith this change will come soon! Updated from previous review on 2020-09-18"

"American-esque Deli sandwiches in downtown Marrickville. Didn't expect it did you? Well you're in for a treat. This place is brand new, clean and modern looking with a great menu of deli sandwiches you can either eat in or take away. Such a refreshing menu choice given we're in the heartland of vietnamese/greek food. I can never go past pulled pork .. but for once I feel like i should return and just work my way through the menu. Perhaps you should too."

"Yum ! Another cafe with actually tasty food. Cute old and rustic vibe. We ordered the pasta special and the beef brisket. Both were super flavourful and hearty. Serving size was also large and filling. Coffee here was good as well. Service was friendly and efficient. Would love to return to try more dishes."

"Mid Afternoon caffeine pangs hit and I was in Marrickville so I hit up the old post office cafe for a takeaway skinny capp. Service was great, met with a smile, served quickly from order to reception of drink. Nice froth and taste."

"I had the sugar pipe juice and it was refreshing. they add a sweet syrup to their juices if they like their juices all naturally, o they can ask them not to add the sweet syrup. be careful where they enter. the people eat pork rolls in there and if they are not careful, they will be at the end step on broth crumbs."
