"Showed up an hour after they were supposed to be open and there was no one there. It seemed like the crew just left or decided not to show up that morning. I'm going to say that if they didn't show up then the crew probably needs to get paid better to make it worth it to show up. I have had multiple bad experiences here but this one proves why Jamba Juice is just better."

"Friendly workers and good food. Use 2 for $20. Now his 2 for $30 if you want the good stuff. I'm just going there when I get a gift card. You have a 2 for $22, but his only one burger or chicken. Still the best wings around!!"

"I was super excited for this trip, my mom's first experience with a smoothie. She was scared it eased going to be veggies and other weird stuff. Ha! She ended up with an Orange Cruiser and I had a Strawberry Freezecake. Absolutely tasty and sweet, the perfect treat for thaw end of a long day shopping and running errands."

"Toxin flush was ordered with ice. A 12 oz drink usually is sized up in cup form my experience in store when ordered with ice. This was not the case here. There wasnt even 6oz of liquid in my drink Bc there was ice over 3/4 of the cup up. If I wanted less juice I would have paid for less juice. Very disappointed. Too pricey to not get a quality drink."

"There is ALWAYS and I mean ALWAYS a problem in this place! They are made of bowls or lids so that it goes in a cup and they give you a quarter of what you have paid. They are made of ingredients, but you do not know until you pick up your order. The app is slow or has not sent your order, but AGAIN, you will find out if you use Ther. Or my personal Fave, did you want to order so much? We didn't start because we thought it was a joke and you paid for it? Can you prove that? And if you order more than 1 or 2 things, they get very hostile. Admittedly, I order between 8-10 bowls at a time, once a month.. but they are always given 3-5hrs notice and are ALWAYS tilted generously! If you don't like being there or actually working instead of going back, please find another job!"

"I've ordered from here now three times, twice for smoothies and food, and once for just smoothies. The first time I ordered the Blueberry Bliss smoothie and turkey bacon club sandwich. Both were delicious. My next visit I ordered the dragon fruit smoothie, which had an overpowering banana trees oh, and I did not care for it at all. My last trip there, I had the pomegranate plunge smoothie which was very good, and the chicken pesto flatbread, which was amazing. I would like to mention that they apparently have a new, upgraded app. However, it leaves much to be desired. There are store specials that I discovered only after my last trip there because there's no mention of them on the app. Also, the app does not allow you to make substitutions, only add or remove ingredients, although you can substitute if you are in the store. There were a couple more annoying things about the app, but I did like that they gave me a coupon for my birthday. Oh, one thing to note is that you get a free smoothie when you sign up on the app. However, there are a few steps you have to take in order to get it, and it doesn't really Advertiser notify you of the free smoothie. Again, I only found out about it after seeing a sign inside the store and asking one of the employees how to redeem it. In conclusion, the app definitely needs some work, the food thus far has been amazing oh, and the verdict is not yet out on the smoothies. But they are definitely worth another try oh, so I will be back. Note to Tropical Smoothie: Please offer larger smoothie sizes. For two of the three smoothies I've had so far, there simply was not enough to satisfy my craving. Thank you."
