"The food is simple but good quality for what you pay. The real key is that it's fast and cheap. You order at an electronic kiosk (unless you are paying cash) and then they call your number. Is not fine dining, but if you're in a hurry and hungry from wandering around the warehouse, it can't be beat."

"I was just charged $16.25 for 2 drinks. One 24oz blended Frappuccino and 1 32oz smoothie. I am pretty sure I was over charged!! The sad part is we work just down the road! Guess I am not going back there again and neither of my colleagues are either"

"I order from Panera Bread often and usually great food and usually great service but today was the exception. I felt like I was being rushed by the order taker and when I asked a question I felt like she didn’t know what I was talking about. I ordered two orders of autumn squash soup only received one and the baguette that I received had some sort of tomato sauce on it. The chicken sandwich I ordered looks dry as a bone. Not a good day for the Puyallup store"

"The sushi here was excellent! It tasted great and had great portions. The only drawback is that the individual pieces were often too large to eat immediately. So they would fall apart while they try to take several bites. I recommend the Caterpillar roll and the Spider roll."

"They put the same amount of drink in a 32 oz as their smallest size because they fill everything to the top with ice. It's crazy to pay 7$ for about 8oz of an energy drink. If you ask them for light ice they give you extra about 8 times out of 10. It seems like the employees here get their pay docked if they give over 10oz of liquid in any cold drink"

"I’ve been coming to this store for a while now, and i finally decided today 7/7/21 to download their app. This establishment has posted a sign that states download their app and get your $3 off your 1st order $2 off your 2nd order with $10 orders. And they didn’t honor what they have posted in their store. Overall all my visits have been good not great but good. The other day my smoothie was to watery and they replaced it and made it much thicker. And i am very Thankful that Team Jamaba Juice can make my smoothie the way I think it should be thick not watery. I got a response from the owner of this establishment. And it wasn’t a response that i would expect from the owner or from a general manager of a corporation. I would think that a company that is under the Roark umbrella which own’s other companies like Buffalo Wild Wings and Arby’s would respond more accordingly. Message to the owner; I would highly recommend that the sign you have posted in your establishment come down immediately and to have the staff train more. I wonder if Companies that are under the Lettuce Corporation would respond much better. I went back to this establishment today 7/19/21 and the sign for $3 off your 1st order $2 off your 2nd order and i still didn’t get or was offered what was clearly posted."
