"This is an excellent place for tasty baguettes, paninis and snacks with a range of teas, coffees, soft drinks wine and beer in the cosy interior or the courtyard garden that is edged with the ancient rampart walls. The food is freshly prepared and prompt, excellent service but it is the peaceful setting away from the bustle of the old city that makes this place such a delight."

"Of course, the decor is not bad and that’s what I think makes it home (Londonian living style)After teas are just bags of the trade, they just boil the water and all served in pretty dishes. We expected to come back to true tea in leaves and infused as it should be. Pastry is good and varied.The whole would be correct if however the price was slightly reduced."

"We visited this small place several times during our stay and every time it was excellent. the staff was very friendly and friendly to any occasion. at the first visit we bought croissants, a coffee and a fresh orange juice to get out. the orange was freshly squeezed and there was a nice selection of croissants all reasonable prices. the second time we bought 2 doses of koks, which cost €5 (free, but this seemed to be a trend in quite carcassonne.) the third time we visited the last morning in carcassonne and ate inside. we ordered an early piece with orange juice, coffee, pain au chocolat, some French brot and stir for €10.60 the brot was nice and the touch was clear fresh and delicious. the decor was modern and had traditional elements and there was a beautiful sitting area in the open. we were very welcome, the atmosphere was nice and the food and drink was delicious and good. I wish we had decided to eat here earlier, a certain recommendation!"

"Stumbled across this delightful vegan cafe/restaurant in the heart of the Carcassonne bastide. It has only been open for a couple of months after a move of location to Rue de Verdun, and has an extensive drinks menu including coffes, teas, smoothies and fruit juices. The food is freshly prepared using seasonal fruit and vegetables and is very tasty with soups and bagels and deserts. Attentive and helpful staff make for a great experience."

"Do not choose the club formula that offers cake or 1/2 pizza followed by a sweet crêpe thinking that it is a quick formula. Indeed, 30 minutes after the order where we are taken to choose 1/2 pizza because for the salted cake, there will be a little waiting because we have only one pancake, this famous pizza is still not out of the freezer (see from my own eyes when we asked where it was the preparation of our dishes in) and so far from being cooked. Some customers who arrived after us had the chance to be served quickly, it was not our case. To make you an oppinion of this restaurant that pushes you to enter thanks to the very charming setting, look at the customer reviews on tripadvisor that corroborate our claims. We should have told us before, so bad for us because we've taken the road empty stomach."
