"My boyfriend just ordered a plain passion fruit drink and you gave him a passion fruit drink with tapioca he did not ask for, he had to wait in a huge line again just to ask you to remake the drink and you made him re- pay for your mistake only offering 50% off of another 10$ dollar passion fruit juice are you kidding me? Terrible customer service 1 star."

"I asked specifically what soup was seafood free as I have an allergy, I got the beef coconut Thai and even after asking several times, the staff assured me it didn't have seafood. One bite in and it didnt feel right, so I called to speak to the chef and they told me it did have seafood and to not eat it. I would give zero stars, because thats how many cares the staff showed about the mishap. Do better, it is actually important."

"I have been going to pita pita for over years. I would recommend the wharncliffe location as I have found the Richmond street location inconsistent. The prices have gone up slowly over the years but it is still pretty good food for what you...pay. I hope they open up their new restaurant on wharncliffe soon."

"It is a brightly lit, centrally located, Cafe where the food and barista beverages are soo good. The staff is friendly and knows their products.I love when businesses not only acknowledge the homeless, and allow them to sit inside the restaurant, but also make it possible/ available for patrons who wish to help by just buying a simple cup of coffee for another human being. Look at the number of times that people have shown kindness. It ' 's more than 44,000. I want to also add that a lot of people complain either rightly or not right about the homeless problem that we have in this city which is significant), however, here is a business that is wrapping its arms around these people who are not the problem. They are just a symptom of a broken down system. It is located kitty-corner to a homeless mission -so you know that there 's a lot of need for kindness and acknowledgment.Wheelchair accessibility: My friend uses a walker and a scooter. She parked the scooter outside and used her waler but wheelchairs and scooters would work inside as well."

"I pretty much order the same thing every time because it’s yummy but NEVER ONCE has my order been wrong… and my order is extremely weird. I get all different kinds of weird items in my gyro bowl and it’s always perfection! The food is always fresh and there are so many options to choose from. Always comes hot and I love it’s consistency. All the staff are very friendly. I went in tonight to pick up my online order and it was PERFECT! Both employees were super nice and absolutely friendly. They are always fast and they always care enough to say “thank you” to customers. That kind of service goes a long way! As a loyal customer, I’ll be 1000% honest I read all the reviews. All you 1 star reviewers make me laugh. YOU CANNOT GET FOOD POISONING WITHIN 5 MINUTES! It’s most likely something you ate the day before you came in. I have been in during super busy times and never had anyone “yell” at me over the counter or be rude. I think maybe you expect too much for what you pay. This isn’t Michaels On The Thames… it’s your local pita pit. Stop being so ridiculous… it’s unfair of you to leave bad reviews that are so exaggerated! Sorry but it has to be said!"
