"A gem! Great coffee, delicious food, and good service. We had their chicken sandwich, granola yogurt, caramel latte and normal latte, all really good. Will definitely come back again."

"The menu is diverse however they execute everything very authentically and to great detail. I have dined here several times making my way through several poutines, dogs and Banh Mi's. All were great. This recent visit I had the Salt and Pepper fries with the...All American Dog. Very good, especially the fries. This is a definite must go to spot when in Nanaimo."

"A lunch break guilty pleasure. Power House smoothies and the lemon energy balls are my guilty pleasure (the guilt comes from the price). They are just down the street from my office and have sucked me in on many a day. Definitely not the cheapest option around, but the staff are amazing and the treats are delicious. The actual meals are also good. I've received more than a couple free samples over the course of my visits. I'd recommend to anyone who wants a healthier option, or who just loves a good natural-tasting smoothie."

"Awesome bubble tea with excellent service!! Lots of customization options and great flavours to choose from here. The mango tea at 0% sweetness was a perfect treat for a hot, sunny day. The milk tea was also very creamy and delicious. A real treat!"

"First time visitors, delighted with opportunity to patronize a vegan restaurant. We thoroughly enjoyed our Pad Thai salad and Spicy Kelp salads for lunch and particularly a slice of tiramisu for dessert. We dined on a Sunday and several menu selections were unavailable for which they apologized. Pleasant service. Would go backSubsequently enjoyed further slices of vegan tiramisu and cheesecake picked up from their downtown location. ."

"This was our first time trying freshii and must say everything was great. we ordered the Tex Mex Bowl and it was packed with flavour. the Super Kids Salad was perfect portion of fresh chicken and salad. we added two smoothies and they were perfection. definitely will order from them again."

"Expensive beverage that, although did not taste too bad, gave me a severe sore throat for the rest of my entire day and night likely due to the acidity of the ingredients of the drink. Maybe it's less of a location-specific issue and rather just a recipe issue, but either way, I am dissatisfied to pay for a sore throat."
