"Finishing a 5 day cleanse today. I have done them before through three different companies and this by far was the best. I usually am sick of them by the third day but this time, with how delicious the juices are and the variety, I could go on for much longer. And I feel great!"

"Alliance is a place situated in Central Port Coquitlam providing excellent sandwiches, soup, pastries, coffee, lattes, organic teas, smoothies, wraps, sandwiches and soups. They also provide light catering for parties up to 40 people and local businesses. I highly recommend visiting on a Saturday when a special, healthy, delicious persian soup is often prepared.The number one reason to visit is the story of how the friendship board was created. The owner found himself homeless when he was young and found his way back and now gives back to the community with the friendship board. When someone gives extra, the friendship board lights up and provides food to those who may need a boost. They are located in front of Lions Park so come by and pick up a sandwich, soup, coffee, bagel or smoothie to eat in or take out to enjoy a beautiful day in Lions Park."
