"Wow these reviews are harsh and extremely critiqued!!! I went for the first time on Friday January 26 at 7:30pm and went right to the table. The parking lot was full but still able to park (NO matter the distance lol) which is expected. The service was outstanding to say the least. I had an extremely bad experience with the sister restaurant, Smokey Mountain brewery to the point my wife and I got up and left after 15 minutes without a server on a non-busy night. Our server was on point and didn't have to ask for refills on the drinks, he was very easy to talk to, we had jokes and well taken care of. Food was hot and on a timely manner. I can't remember his name but he only works Fridays and Saturdays because he goes to UT during the week so we will be going on those days to get him if possible. I got the Monte Cristo with fries and if I had a measuring tape they would come out to be average fry size. The flavors of the Turkey and ham was awesome! My wife had the Rocky Top Brown which is their spinoff of the Kentucky Top Brown. Again the flavors of the Turkey was amazing and the bacon was awesome. She had the smokey grits with bacon and my mouth still waters for the taste lol. We also had the pretzels and beer cheese and they were great... loved the smokey mustard! We also had the icebox cheesecake and it was awesome... wasn't too thick and had great flavor. If I was to say anything to change I'd like to see thick cut fries but I know every restaurant has their own way and I'm totally fine with that. Loved the place and going back to try other things."
