"I was sitting in the car drive for 10 minutes while nobody was waiting for me. So I went in, and 12 minutes after my order on the kiosk the chef started the burger. How do I know? There was no one in the load. I didn't get my cheese sauce, and the bottle of water was warm. I have the waitresses and the way it was running earlier, steak and shake got their last dollar from me."

"Welcome, to shake your steak in the bathroom. The food was alright, burger a tad salty, but decent. Employee interaction was nonexistent, like the attention to cleanliness. The dining room seems like it has not been cleaned since the invention of mops, and the bathroom is a true warzone of multiple bouts of extremely violent, yet accurate butt barfs in the toilets, and many likely intoxicated individuals trying to aim for the urinal, and missing. And no, they didn't mop in the bathrooms, either."
