"I used to love this place, but the food is getting progressively worse. This morning, I received the most horrible tasting breakfast. Now I never return food, but it was so bad. The waitress said it was okay and then I asked for something else. And then we waited and waited. When I finally got a hold of our waitress (also a manager), she argued that I never asked for anything. Then she proceeded to laugh about the confusion with another customer. I've been both a waitress and a manager, but this was inexcusable. We will never return."

"Went my first time to red Robin at this location and I will never eat at another red Robin again. Food was decent but way too expensive I even upgraded my burger for a bigger patty that was 13 some dollars. I could?ve went to Burger King and got a double whopper that was bigger for less price, plus I have never had worse customer service at a place than this location. Waitress definitely had an attitude over a .50 charge for more cheese sauce for our pretzel bites, if the cheese sauce was filled up more than 1/4 of the container I would?ve never had to ask for more. After that when we would ask for anything a refill a box our waitress wouldn?t even acknowledge that we asked and just turn around and walk away and go get what we asked for, completely unprofessional and disrespectful towards customers but besides the horrible service it was the prices of things that we won?t be back way too expensive for the a little amount of food that you get, I would?ve hated to see what my burger patty looked like If I want to have upgraded it"

"I can?t begin to express how disappointed I was with my order. Especially, after leaving the other location on Central Ave. I attempted to call the store and speak to the manger and explain the situation and he was extremely rude to me. And given the appdid not email a receipt nor did the store give me a receipt he refused to correct my order. This was all after he kept mewaiting on the phone. Advice: just make your own chicken at home."
