"Food had really good flavor, but some of the cuts we got in the parrillada were a bit tough. Service was good, drinks were good and we had a good time. I would try it again. Hopefully next time the cuts are less tough."

"Had been looking forward to eating here after reading the great reviews on TA and hearing the recommendations from the locals. We arrived on a very busy Sunday afternoon and the wait for a table of two was between 10 15mins. Service was quick...and efficient which was great considering the restaurant seemed understaffed. The atmosphere was pleasant albeit loud which was fine considering how busy the restaurant was however the addition of the live harp player made it difficult to have a conversation. The ceilings of the establishment are very low and the restaurant itself is very compact therefore with all these factors to consider, the acoustics are not ideal for live music. The limonada mineral was very refreshing and we ordered the Filete Norteno and Filete a la tampiqueña. The presentation was unappetising however I was hoping the taste would make up for it however both dishes were bland and nothing spectacular. Even the cuts of meat were of a low quality. The restaurant itself looks very classy however the food did not thrill me which was a shame. Also, upon paying by credit card we were asked directly if we would be including a tip which I thought was quite presumptuous. It would have been acceptable if this was written on the receipt as opposed to being asked directly by the waiter."
