"Let me preface this by saying that we've ordered food numerous times and have never had a bad experience, until this time. Saturday night we ordered 2 fried chicken dinners. Told it would be 45 mins to an hour for delivery...ok, no problems. 1 1/2 hours later and our food arrived. Fried chicken was burned, so much that the crust tasted bitter. The fries were bland and cold, and the garlic bread was hard as a rock. No, we didn't call the restaurant as we were hungryand did our best to salvage what we could out of the meal. I WILL order from here again as we've gotten nothing but great food, but was highly disappointed in this meal."

"Customers weren't eccentric that you bought something when you've never been there. We're a big family and we were so excited to come there because we heard so much of it.... and when I asked what's coming in, her attitude changed... every time my children asked a question, she was irritated and started to hurry. We have 11 different Poboys... and damn... I'll never get anything to the taste of this good again if I don't come back every year. Wow. Food 11/11 Taste Uniqueness 8/11 Store Cleanliness 9/10 Staff Kindness 4/10 Freshness of Food 10/10 Go Again 11/11 Just wish that the person who took our order was more friendly to make this a fantastic memory. My kids, the first thing to get up is this lady when we were over your store. Great work at the food!!! No wonder why people all over the country talk about you."

"Pretty disappointment! many years ago came to the galley, and the food and service were average. only returned this last year and eating was good. Unfortunately, there is no one who welcomes them or takes them up. Sit. we sat and waited to be served. wait. wait. server saw we were there. another couple came after and was greeted. drink order and food order. we waited. we finally left. probably not back. too many other better decisions."

"Had reservation and was seated with no wait time. Our server Bri was excellent. Food was delicious. Overall experience was the way one would expect it to be in an upscale restaurant, excellent. This was personally my first time at any Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse and i will be looking forward to many more visits."

"We visited Porter and Luke's last night for a special occasion. Many of us chose the Soft Shell Crab with the butter sauce delicious and cooked perfectly. I opted for the sautéed spinach which was also full of flavor. The potato of the day was out of this world. New Potatoes cooked to a smoky perfection with bacon. Awesome! Chastity or Cassidy (sorry spelling) was a fabulous server as well."

"The experience here was less than satisfying. The waitress made sure to rattle off all of the prices for everything that she described. It was only noticeable because she didn't do it at any other table she served near us. Since we were the only people of color in the restaurant, I can only assume it was an issue for her. I then had another server adjust an A/C unit above me without say pardon me or excuse me. The unit then began to drip on my wife and I. We requested to be moved and were eventually. This was our 24th wedding anniversary and dinner was a bust."
