"So inlove with this place. All their food that we tried were so good that we kept on coming back. <br/ <br/ Food<br/ Our go to food: Salt n pepper squid, cashe chicken, Moo grob, Soft shell crabs. Highly recommend this place.<br/ <br/ Service and Atmosphere<br/ Reason why we couldn’t give that 5 star review is that everytime we go here, we always get that same sad service. Rushed, giving looks and couldn’t be bothered type of service. <br/ <br/ FEA Rating: 9/10"

"My husband and I decided to go to The Pickled Duck as we’ve never been before. I ordered a chicken schnitzel which was completely pink and undercooked. I advised the waitress of this and she apologised and organised a replacement within a few minutes. The...replacement schnitzel was also pink and undercooked so I called over to her and she said that she couldn’t do anything so I asked to speak to the manager. The manager came over to my table, stood over me and told me that the chicken is cooked and that I was in the wrong. He also pointed out, in a rude manner, that the first schnitzel wasn’t undercooked but they still decided to give me a replacement. I asked to speak to the owner and within minutes, the ‘owner’ and the manager were both at my table, pointing out that my chicken was cooked perfectly and that I was wrong. I maintained that the chicken was not cooked as it was pink and it was a very thick piece of chicken breast, I could clearly see it wasn’t cooked and I was made to look like an idiot in front of other patrons. I asked for a refund for my meal only and they both refused saying that there was nothing wrong with my chicken. Highly disappoined with the way my complaint was handled by very unprofessional, rude people. There was absolutely no effort made to resolve the issue. Absolutely appalling behaviour from a business which depends on its customers! Not only will I never return to this restaurant but I will tell all my friends and family about my experience."
