"The Saltwater Grill has been a Galveston staple for some time. I was encouraged that the menu has been updated with new items, while preserving some of their best offerings - I swear the Shanghai Delight is laced with Prozac because I'm always happy when I eat it. This time I tried one of their new "naked" offerings, hoping the fish would be allowed to shine. I had the grilled redfish, which was done perfectly - the very thin edges were a little crisp and carmelized but the fish was still moist and flavorful. I did miss the bread - this was one of the few restaurants in town that started with something with substance, so I was quite disappointed when a little crock of crackers appeared instead of bread. The restaurant is very noisy - I was ok hearing my companions but certainly couldn't hear the server well."

"I almost did not want to review this wonderful Sushi Restaurant out of fear that it would result in tourists overcrowding the place. This place had some of the best sushi I have eaten in my travels at a very reasonable price. Service was quick and the quality was spot on. I give this place 10 out of 10 for food taste and quality, 10 out of 10 for service, and 8 out of 10 for restaurant layout and set up."
