"I just moved in to this area and there's not many options for Chinese food and I saw it when I went to the post office next to it one day and tried their combo, I was surprised with the portion! It saved me another lunch the next day (If you do not like to have leftovers then don't order combo is you aren't going to share with anyone unless you are very hungry).The service was always pleasant and welcoming, I've tried a couple of other things on the menu, Shanghai thick noodles and beef black pepper with vegetables are two of my new favourite dishes.I saw the former comment about discounts, I think you get discount if the order is OVER 30 dollars and pick up with CASH (reminded by the lady works in the front that debit cards are not considered as cash) so maybe that was why. It was printed on the cover of the menu, I want to back J-Wok up and clarify for this negative feedback because I've seen customer got upset about the same thing one time when I was waiting for my food there and I felt sorry for the lady worked that day. Anyways, I've been here about 10 times and I'm pretty satisfied with the quality so far. If you pass by and feel like to have Chinese food, you should give it a try!"

"I'm impressed. I got the 4 item dinner combo (s&s pork, ginger beef, chicken chow mein and BBQ pork chop suey). The meat portions were very large. Everything tasted great. Other place might be a little bit cheaper but this is definitely worth it. This was my first time coming here as I've been looking for a new place to order from and I'll definitely be back.This photo was after I already had a few bites of each item. 10/10"

"Delicious sushi at a reasonable price in Kelownas Nordende and near the Knox Mountain. We ordered avocado and yum sushi for take out and it was $5.5 for 8 pieces. Very recommended."

"BoxcAr Kitchen is a bit of a hole in the wall at the back beside BNA’s brewery and tap room. The banh mi steamed buns are excellent and definitely worth seeking out! The ingredients are fresh, flavorful, nicely seasoned, which takes both the sandwich and the buns to a new/delicious level! Highly recommend eating here and ordering a BNA beer to go with. I can’t wait to return for more buns and banh mi. Yummy!"

"We wanted to try the hot-pot there but they don't offer it anymore. Instead we ordered Spicy Tuna Udon and Chicken yaki udon. It was great in taste and very filing. It was not as soupy as traditional udon is, still it was good. Worth visiting often."
