"Thai food!! The owner and cook (Cha) is very friendly and very willing to adjust their menu so that it is suitable for people who are intolerant of celiac or gluten. She speaks excellent English. I showed her my gluten-free card for safety, so she understood everything I couldn't eat. Many great options! Update after my first visit: During my second visit I brought my own bottles of gluten-free soy sauce and oyster sauce (purchased in Rimping supermarket in Chiang Mai). Cha was friendly enough to use my own sauces in all recipes, so I could now eat almost everything on the menu. I finished my sauces in the refrigerator of the Cha (not to drag them back and forth). I ate almost every day during my 10-day stay in Chiang Mai and was never disappointed. The whole food was delicious and Cha was very careful with the preparation of my food. Thanks, Cha and Mike. I'm definitely back at the next visit to Chiang Mai."
