"We came here because we were looking for a quick dinner and wanted to support a minority-own def business. I had the Tipico 3 (pupusa, steak, rice, beans, and salad) plus as Chile Rellno. Let me begin with saying that I'm always grateful for complimentary chips and salsa. The chips at El Pollo Ranchero taste store bought and are not special (e.g. thin, warm, dusted with chili lime), but the salsa tasted fine. The Chile Relleno was okay (see photo). "I've only been here once and it was late at night. Seems to be a family owned business. The prices are very reasonable and the food was decent. I had the beef tacos and a tamales when I visited. The food didn't take too long to come out of the kitchen either. The restaurant has a very authentic feel to it. They had sports playing playing on the tv, karoake being sang, and people on the pool table. Overall satisfied with my visit. I will be back to try some of the other foods they have to offer."

"This place is every underrated. The food tasted amazing, especially the lomo saltado, it was so delicious. The horchata was also so flavorful and tasted amazing, I’ll excited to come back for more. They also have a sign outside that says they have karaoke nights, and inside they have some gambling machines and hookahs, so seems like a fun place to come to at night as well."
