"This family-run business is in the Colonia of Ramblases. Formerly a chef at Cafe des Artistes (one of the best-known, fine dining restaurants in PV) Dad is in the chef with his sons and other family members helping on the floor and in the kitchen. The food here is all made-in-the-moment . From the salsa Mexicano to the ceviche pescado nothing sits around waiting for diners to arrive. All the seafood is bought fresh daily and you can taste this in the flavour. The menu isn 't complicated and neither is the food but it is fresh and delicious every time. I 've been eating at this restaurant about twice a week for the past 4 months and every single meal is as good as the last. A bit of a connoisseur of sopa de mariscos (seafood soup) I 've tried it in every restaurant that serves it. I can say without reservation that the chipotle sopa de marisco served here is the best I 've ever had. Served hot (that 's not always the case in other restaurants) and chock full of scallops, octopus, fish, shrimp and a 1/2 crab to top it off. I 've never tasted anything like it. If that doesn 't get your mouth watering they also serve the best coconut shrimp I 've ever had. Looking for lighter fare? The quesadillas and tacos are also amazing. Don 't go here looking for a burger though, it 's all seafood and it 's all fantastic. Stop in and say Hi to Cesar, one of the sons who will wait on you with a smile. His english is better than he thinks and it 's certainly good enough to get your order right. The price says mid-range but that 's for a neighbourhood Mexican restaurant. Compared to what you 'd pay for seafood anywhere north of the US/Mexican border it 's an absolute steal. I honestly cannot say enough good things about this place and enjoy my visit and meal every time I 'm there."
