"Hi, I come here once or twice a week for the greatest beef pho I have ever tasted...the broth is incredibly good.Mai the owner always makes me feel welcome. There is a lunch special menu with various grilled meat variations with or without rolls...I love...the calm classical music)...A real treat!"

"No wonder that this little restaurant always has a room filled with dinner time: you never get mistaken by choosing one of their salads or one of their paninis, they are all delicious! Even if my favorite is the louisianese on the side of the paninis and this taste is shared by several friends.;)-the salads are fresh, constant, tasteful.Only small reproach: I think the salads would have advantageous to know a greater rotation. At a certain point, even what you love becomes trivial."

"We had our office Christmas party at SoupesSoup in Old Montreal and we really enjoyed it. The restaurant is spacious; surrounded by large windows; simple furniture, yet comfortable, and clean. The Christmas decor - tastefully done; strings of light in one of the windows which looked like cascading water; very nice. The only thing I cannot understand is why the toilets are so tiny, uncomfortably tiny?About the food: the Jerusalem Artichoke soup was super delicious. It was the first time I actually tasted the root vegetable and I am now hooked except, it is not easy to find in regular grocery stores. The rest of the meal was good but it is the soup that got me. Not sure if they serve this soup on a regular basis, but if they do, you must try it. Their "pouding chomeur" is also very good. It is a traditional cake eaten in Quebec - white cake (more of a biscuit substance) submerged in maple syrup that is typically eaten in the winter season. YUM. Try it, you'll love it....you'll find yourself saying "mmmm c'est bon!"."
