"Met the owner at a conference, the food they catered was devine. Pop into the shop after the conference, OMG, we were in heaven, pl look at the pictures yourself. The restaurant is arranged very nicely according to the kind of food they service. Upstairs beautifully decorated. You can watch the chef preparing food for you. Amazing, must go if you are in Liverpool. Most customers speak Italian and this shows how good it is."

"Greetings Although it's almost two years since my complaint to you, I want to tell you about my last visit to Cosy Club Liverpool. Firstly, I was very impressed by the way you treated our complaint. Secondly, it was just the pandemic that prevented us from returning earlier. Thirdly, yesterday we used the voucher in the restaurant and were very happy from the start with the actions of your employees. They were attentive, very efficient and polite and friendly... the exact opposite to our previous experience. We have enjoyed the food very much and our experience is recommended for our friends and family. We'll be back soon. Thank you and your wonderful staff. Considerations Ken Hanrahan"
