"We came in for the dipping mystique and were not disappointed. hadley is by far the best bartender in the city. she took the time to explain everything about her absinth collection and gave us suggestions based on our own tastes. the bar is great, but it is the cornerstone."

"This restaurant is pretty middle of the road! The Mediterranean food is very general, not focusing on any specific country (maybe having more Greek elements . Good for families who don't love really intense spices, honestly. I would say it is NOT good if you have food restrictions. The falafel is not gluten free (which is very bizarre because the traditional way to make them has no gluten! and even their chickpeas are coated in flour. Not flexible either so keep that in mind. BUT it's a fine enough place!"

"Daughter’s 39th birthday and away from home is hard. I called earlier and asked to make it special. There were some hiccups (no bubbly) on arrival, but they did bring a candle and help sing. Server did a great job, especially considering he also had the party room upstairs."

"Ember provides a culinary experience you won't find anywhere else. For lack of a better word, Chef Scotty Boshaw's dishes are masterpieces for the eyes and the tastebuds. Seriously this is some of the best food I've ever had, and for the price, it's a steal. Don't miss this place on your visit to Breckenridge!!! Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner"
