"Requested 'outside' dinning. Outdoor area had heavy plastic side curtains up, so not exactly open air. Tables were not apart, although not all occupied.Server was pleasant and efficient. Shrimp grits were excellent. Wife ordered a steak 'medium'. Server came right over and asked her to cut into it as the server thought it came out too quickely to be the proper temperature. She was correct, as it was bloody red in the middle. She took it back to the kitchen and when it came back out it was still very red in the middle. She said she would send over the manager the manager never came to see us but did take off the steak.Watched as another table emptied. The busboy cleaned the top of the table, period. Did not wipe down the chairs as one would expect with extra covid cleaning precautions. Would still recommend Wise Guys, good food or a fair price, but expected a little more in the way of covid extra steps and still waiting to hear from the manager"

"What a fabulous experience of ambiente and great eating and service. we would not have asked for something better that gitarist and dim illumination have set the mood for exquisite eating. the food was so wonderfully prepared and served. we spent two hours in a relaxed environment with friendly waiting staff at willing attention. this is our favorite place!"

"Our first visit to Lagerhead ! The place was very busy and advise a reservation . The dinner was wonderful and tasty . We sat on the patio and fans were whirling . Very comfortable! Blood orange margarita was delicious. Service was not wonderful ,satisfactory. We have to be patient , staff shortages and under trained staff are to be expected . Well Worth a visit !!"
