"The MOA hotel is a bit run down, not very fancy, but the food speaks for itself. The staff was great and one thing that really stood out was their general knowledge of the menu. The service was quick and attentive. Pasta was cooked perfectly; The sauce was better than expected and the salad was fresh with a mixed selection of vegetables ... I would go back! FYI /// Skip the bruschetta, not very well !!! It is made with grilled bread (not Gallic) cold grilled onion and sausage or cheese ..."

"Lovely dinner. May be the best French Onion soup that I have eating. The baked oyster were also very nice, as were our entrees of duck and venison. My husband was very happy with this apple tart dessert. My only criticism was that my Grand Marnier soufflé was lacking in flavor with just a strong “egg” taste. We will return, but next time I will try the chocolate or raspberry soufflé."

"Beautiful, comfortable dining room and not too noisy. I had the Scottish salmon and it was fantastic. My partner had the roast chicken, and that was very good, too. Excellent wines, although it would be nice if there were more than one chardonnay on the menu (and if one was priced less than $19 a glass). I had the Cotes du Rhone, and it was delicious with the beurre rouge salmon. Chez Billy lived up to its reputation, and I look forward to returning for dinner after their renovation is complete."
