"I stopped in there a while ago for a coffee during a hike. The coffee was excellent and the guy behind the car was so friendly that my wife and I decided to have dinner here. The food was excellent and the staff were incredibly friendly. I will be back and I highly recommend to others."

"We stayed a week in Callander, and Crags was recommended by both the Inn we stayed in and the tour guide we used. However, we tried to go there for dinner twice during the week (both on weeknights) and even though they had tables, they turned us down, saying they were booked. The first time, they had reserved signs on the empty tables so we understood. The second time they had many empty tables and told us they could not serve us. This was really a disappointment, and we are not sure if they perhaps do not serve American’s there. This is a pub, we were dressed cleanly, and appropriately."
