"The menu and food is pretty good but they are understaffed and run slow. One guy will call back asking for line support or to take phone orders and it usually takes awhile before he gets it. One time I heard one of the older lady employees tell him “people will wait” when he called back saying the line was getting long. If you come prepare to wait at least 20-30 minutes before you order and get your food.When they are busy, orders usually come out wrong, my husband ordered Taylor ham on his breakfast sandwich, all he got was an egg and cheese. I ordered fries with my lobster roll and it came out with coleslaw. You get a very generous portion of lobster on the regular roll. I was pleasantly surprised. If they could keep the line moving and were a little more consistent, we would be regulars."
