"I and my friend went to scotch and rye for our dinner. when we came in, we sat right away with a friendly face. the bar staff max and connor were so stubborn and full of enthusiasm behind the bar. it has given energy into the bar. then, when we had a look at the cocktail menu, I didn't know what to have, so our waiter, who was also very friendly, beat the melon cooler, who tasted amazingly. our burgers, who were a mac and cheese and a wildburger, were so big and delicious. would highly recommend."

"Visiting from London on our second night for a long weekend getaway. Food atmosphere fantastic with the mafia backdrops/ traditional Italian music! The waitress was very attentive, warm, polite chatty- she made it a great night. Shame we couldn’t say this about the miserable waiter (Italian with a ponytail). Rude when offering wine list to my mum taking away our plates- no warmth and was grumpy like he didn’t want to be there. Only two other tables with customers he asked them both how their food was- but not ours. Girl said bye/ thank you as we left but he ignored us. Young toddler at another table had more manners than him. Unfortunately brought down our rating. If you can’t be polite you’re in the wrong place!"
