"We went on a Wednesday night, maybe 7:00pm, and were surprised to see that a lot of food was out generally, these buffet places cook only a little of each food as it nears closing time, and intentionally run out of some items to reduce waste.That said, the food didn't look like it had been sitting out for a few hours as often happens in these places. And it's buffet style, mass appeal Chinese dishes, so no surprises.... although I think I saw pizza slices in there somewhere. The Hot and Sour Soup was so salty that it was inedible, and the Egg Drop Soup was the exception to the rest of the displayed food as it was a dark, gelatinous porridge in the bottom of the tureen. Ick.The atmosphere is a cross between strip mall chain diner and warehouse, with boxes of inventory stacked in various places in the dining area. I'm sure it's all paper goods and not food items, but it really makes you feel like they've run out of space in the back of the house. Mopping and vacuuming going on while we were there was a strong hint that they only had two hours left before closing and were anxious to get their work done and go home.The wait staff I should say, the one waitress was pleasant and pretty attentive, as much as you need to be at a buffet.Overall, we go here once a year or so just to see if it's improved and to remind ourselves how lucky we are when we run across really good Asian restaurants elsewhere."

"Very good food, tomato soup and grilled cheese, although the sandwich was almost burned it was still quite good. The 99 cent cinnamon roll was the best!!! The young lady who took my order was incredibly sweet and took the time to talk to me. The gentleman who made my food was also very nice. This was my first time in this place and I will return to this instead of Toledo every time!!!"

"Terrible service. They have a buffet, only it stays empty. We saw several people walk up to buffet and walk back to their seats with nothing. No plates and no pizza. Had to ask for a refill on water, she filled it but did not give me anymore ice so it was warm. Just an overall lack of urgency or interest in delivering good service. Won't be back"

"The food was good, too many up charges though, like 50 cents for dipping sauce for sweet potato fries and extras for the French dip. Good menu, lots of choices. The temperature of the restaurant was ungodly!! I froze!!! I couldn't get done eating quick enough. Our waitress was the one shining . She was very personable and quick. Checked up on us frequently."

"The restaurant was very busy, but the service was still excellent. The food was phenomenal. We were happy enough to sit next to some older ladies who regularly come there. Since the restaurant was so crowded, they invited us to take part in their table. That's why I ordered what I did and it was delicious."
