"We were in the pokie area and honestly the the security is useless. Over the past3 or 4 weeks we have been to Craigs it seems the staff are quite happy to allow some element of society to come in ,act loud and use offensive language. This is not what we expect from this beautiful building and all its hype, sure other pokie venues are like it ,but not at Craig's .So disappointed that we cannot go out nowadays without seeing and hearing this unacceptable behaviour. The security at Craigs is only good for telling old men off ,they do nothing when it comes to a real problem"

"My partner and I called in when our regular was full. We were pleasantly surprised. It was tastefully renovated. The service was prompt and everyone was friendly. The food was also prompt and the meals were generous in size and delicious. Will be back for sure :)"

"I'm reading the other reviews here and wonder if I was in the same place!We had booked a table, arrived to find none had been set aside. So a quick shuffle to clear off a dirty table. The menu is tiny - toasted ham sandwich, healthy super salad, beef pie. There is supposed to be this amazing dazzling menu with "an adventure with Australian native foods" Tell me what is amazing about a toasted sandwich?The super healthy salad comprised of roasted pumpkin and lettuce - NOT what was described on the menu. The pies tasted of loads of black pepper served with a few lettuce leaves. The display cabinet was almost empty of any choices. The waitress spilt all the coffees into the saucers as she served. There is no atmosphere or service. There is an assortment of good for sale such as sauces, jams, chocolates and tea towels. Would I give them another chance? NO"

"Eating is always delicious. Serving sizes are generous, everything comes hot and fresh. A lot of change in the menu. Good for stock records. Chef is ready to make reasonable menu changes and gluten-free options available. It is very affordable to eat here and easy to take a quick meal. The staff is beautiful."
