If you want to celebrate some important event at the Velyurov institution, think twice so that you don 't end up in a situation similar to ours!!! A banquet and cold snacks were pre ordered. They arrived after a little delay everything even cold meats and salads is on the table, and it 's 30 !!! on the street, and this is a terrace, without air conditioning. After some time, they made an order for hot dishes and... A waitress approaches and informs that the establishment has lost electricity and they cannot prepare anything hot. They don 't have a generator !??? I had to order a cut. Two hours later, the available desserts were ordered some of them were far from fresh: straws . They even refused to serve us ice cream, citing that there was no electricity and no one would open the freezer in such heat!!! We did not wait for any apologies or compliments from the establishment for the ruined holiday and mood. Damage! Very disappointed with this attitude on our special day P s Unfortunately, I do not have the opportunity to respond to the administration of the institution in a personal correspondence, so I am forced to write here. 1. You seem to have removed the interest for service. Question: do you really think that it was a feast without hot dishes, with a minimum of salads and desserts, without music in complete silence ??? What is the special service in our case that should be paid for? 2. You didn 't even offer to withdraw the amount for opening bottles of our alcohol and the money you charge when the client brings his vegetables and fruits as compensation for YOUR shoals. We took into account everything down to the hryvnia! So where is the discount? 3. Unfortunately, there is a war going on in Ukraine, and power outages are no longer news. If you are taking on the responsibility of serving the banquet, then maybe you need to have backup power options? Will the Velyurov institution not be able to purchase a generator? 4. Taste your tubes. If they are really fresh, but not at all brittle and hard to the taste, then change the recipe!!! This dessert should taste different 5. As for the ice cream, we were flatly refused!!! Ice cream will not melt in any freezer in 2 hours... 6. And the last touch: when leaving the establishment, your staff stupidly turned away.
