"Stopped for lunch while on a foliage day trip through the eastern townships of Quebec.Started with a cumin scented carrot soup that had hints of citrus- very good. Next we both had artisanal sandwiches which were heated in a panini press. Mine was the cochon, which had smoked pork, raclette cheese, and Dijon mustard. My wife had the Vege, which contained a house vegetable pate, cornichons, and brie cheese. Both sandwiches were excellent. We had a latte to go and a piece of maple pie which was sweet and filling. The restaurant was comfortable, light filled. You ordered from the counter and were served at your table. Much of the food was local, organic, and house made. The staff spoke English as well. They do not take credit cards, only debit or cash (US dollars too)."

"The server was kind and attentive, the food came out quick and it was very good. I had the pho vegetable soup, and my husband had the shrimp fried rice. I really enjoyed my soup, it was delicious, my husband said the rice was average, he said its aight . Inside seating available, restrooms available, and clean for the most part."

"Apple Spice provides our Compton Unified luncheons often. They are consistent, delicious and filling! Thanks for a wonderful lunch today and tomorrow. Today: Albacore tuna on wheat with cheese and lettuce. Later: three meet trio with lettice and cheese. Always presentable and portable. Delicious"

"I picked up some shrimp spring rolls right before they closed they were some of the freshest I’ve ever had I’m a huge fan of these low calorie snacks but sometimes the rice paper is dried out at the ends and the lettuce/ bean sprouts are brown. These were so yummy and crispy! And the peanut sauce is just right! I’ll be back to try their pho soon"

"This restaurant is a hidden gem. it's new at this place, but it's going to be a staple food, as the food is delicious. Although I don't speak Japanese, a friend accompanied me and led me to a whole new taste of eating. the dessert was just as delicious"

"We came upon this place during a motorcycle ride. Food tastes different somewhat than what you see everywhere else. Had carrot soup, lamb shank, and orange-flavored creme brulee and everything was delicious. My companion does not like even slightly spicy dishes. The rice was fine to me but the point is the host offered to replace it with risotto. Overall we felt they do everything to make sure you are pleased. Did I mention the dish presentation is very pleasing to the eyes! We will go back!"
