"Even on a Saturday when they don't have freshly soup and sandwiches, the food was amazing! We ate the dill pickle soup--now my new favourite type of soup--and a pretty simple roast beef sandwich that was great! The decor and atmosphere is also a big part of why we loved this place so much. The only downside is the hours."

"My boyfriend and I stopped here earlier today around 7pm. Phalika's restaurant and ice cream window were both not busy at all, and we walked into the restaurant side to order as it was slightly chilly to wait outside at the window. The guy working was very friendly and nice, but did seem to be all by himself. He took a little while in the back grabbing the cones, but I never could've anticipated why- the size of these cones. On the left is the two scoop, on the right is the one scoop. The waffle cones were so fresh, the Chapman's ice cream was good as always, but it was the size of these things that surprised me. 100% bang for your buck here, definitely go here if big portions are important to you. (If you can see my boyfriends hand compared to the cone, the ice cream is massive! Great experience and would honestly consider the drive to Devon to get this ice cream again!!"

"I love this restaurant so much! I was a frequent customer before I had to move. Their bubble tea is the best in all Alberta and the flavours of the tea are rich and refreshing. Their egg tarts, spring/shrimp rolls, lemon chicken, and green onion treat are all so delicious.I feel like bursting into tears when I eat from here, it's so nostalgic; Anton Ego would love eating here.The service is amazing and the owners are kind and professional. Please drop by if you're ever in Devon, you'll regret not trying this food!! <3"

"Very disappointed. They missed our appetizer. The baked potato was old. The veggies had grill scraping on it for favor. The steak had no seasonings. The waitress was overwhelmed and really did her best. I won't be coming"

"I'm not the type of person who leaves reviews but for this place I have to! These are honestly the best donuts I think I have ever had, my boyfriend and I drove out from past stony plain and it was well worth it! We've decided we have to go back at least once a month. We got half a dozen, tried the root beer sparkle while getting gas and had to go back and get more of them because they were so fricken good! More than anything they honour people in uniform and that to me speaks volumes. For the amazing service and quality I think they're prices are more than reasonable! I will be sure to recommend them to everyone!"
