"We went as a family of four for dinner on a weeknight, and had a great meal. It took more than 1/2 hour for our food to arrive, and only one person was covering the entire restaurant by herself, serving all the tables. Johnny's had a wide ranging menu, with lots of choices."

"Ordered my dinner, did not like the meat, it was horrible, was suppose to be sweet and sour pork and looked like a uncooked pork cutlet with yellow sauce on it. I said I would take the dry ribs instead for $1.95 charge, should not...I of been charged but whatever, ribs not good either, worse meal ever. Anyways it gets better, went to pay and they charged me $2.95 not $1.95 because it was a add on and I wasted the first meat selection. Anyways horrible food and mean waitress (owner).. Should of went to A&W for $26.00."

"A review on another site mentioned a long wait for food. As we were seated the server warned us that it would take 45 minutes for our meals because there was only one person in the kitchen that night. Also the restaurant side was full and we would have to sit in the lounge. The server was very friendly and kept checking up on us. The menu was quite extensive. It took me a while to decide between 5 or 6 entrees that sounded interesting. The food did take 45 minutes, but it was delicious! I had bbq ribs. At first it didn't look like there would be enough food to fill me. But the portion was perfect. Service and food were both wonderful. We have witnessed many food establishments having difficulty with staffing recently. These employees, especially the cook that night, deserve kudos for delivering such a fabulous dining experience! Great pricing too."

"We were driving back to Calgary from Waterton Lakes National Park and we stopped here for breakfast. What a pleasant surprise this turned out to be. Our big breakfast of scrambled egg, hash brown, toast and wonderfully delicious maple-cured bacon was awesome. Coffee was also really good and some of the best we've had in Canada so far.Cafe Orange is definitely worth a stop!"

"Excellent buttery baking—puff pastry turnovers (peach or apple), fruit danishes, croissants, cookies. Fresh, professionally made items. Bought a saskatoon berry pie to take home to Vancouver! Devoured a blueberry danish, kielbasa and cheese croissant, and chocolate chip and peanut butter cookies for the road. Would have —should have—bought more!"
